I have a client who had recently purchased Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Standard. He received a new computer, and needs to have this program installed onto his new PC. Unfortunately, due to an office move recently, they are unable to find the installation CD's. We do, however, have the installation key. We need to obtain a new CD, or a download site, so that we can get this product installed, and will then use his license key for validation.
What are my options in obtaining this product.
One of my co-workers actually contacted someone about this a day or so ago, and from what he passed onto me, the only answer he received was a recommendation to upgraded to Adobe Acrobat X, and other that, the person he was speaking to said he couldn't offer any other assistance.
My client has stated that they do not want to upgraded to Acrobat X.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your time.

As long as you have the key (I assume the full key and not the partial key that is sometimes found), then you may be able to borrow a CD and reinstall with the key. I am not sure if Acrobat works that way, but many software packages do. If the key is specific to the CD, then it is a different issue and I don't have a suggestion. Sorry.
