I bought and installed Adobe Creative Suite 6 Desigin. 1 month after useing it Adobe acrobat has stopped working. I have reinstalled the product and the same problem happens. I start it and with in 3 seconds it closes with no error mesages.
All other products in the suit work fine ( for now)
Is ther a fix for this please.
I have the same issue. Adobe Acrobat Pro X won't open. It worked fine, suddenly it's stopped working.
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and Adobe CS6 Desgin Standard.
Anyone know of a fix for this?
It seems to be a problem with Adobe Licensing.
I have read other topics on this and the best way to get rid of this is to deactivate the product and then re-activate it again.
Open another CS6 product like Photoshop from the help menue choose deactivate.
This then puts the product that you bought into "trial mode"
To reactivate it again:
Open Adobe Acrobate and it will ask you to re enter your serial number. ( might have to open it once or twice befor you see this screen)
Its OK for now but I have bought a licensed version so why should I have to go thropugh this?
Do i have to do this every couple of weeks? I had the same problem, shifting the cache file fixed it. A week later the problem repeats. Same fix, two weeks later bam!
This is getting old. FIX THE PROBLEM
I agree -- this last message was back in August and here it is January with the problem still there. I have exactly the same problem and we keep having to go through all these troubleshooting tricks to get the program to function. I am really losing the confidence I had in Adobe fast. If they can't fix this release they should roll it back or something. Come on guys!
