I cannot select Australia as my country when entering Credt Card information

The option for Country is permanently set to United States (greyed out and unchangeable).

 

I navigated to the Creativ Cloud singup from the Australian Adobe site, where the price was listed in AUD, but as soon as I went further to sign up the price changed to USD.

 

I was signed in the enitre time, and there is nowhere I can find to set country in my account prefernces.

    Do you already have an Adobe ID, is it associated with an Austailia address? There is a geo setting for the Adobe website at the bottom of the page, is that set to Austraila, does that make any difference?
