Reinstall question

I purchased a new MacBook Pro and had files transferred from old one. I have CS4 version. I uninstalled and reinstalled CS4 on new one. I can work in InDesign, but not print or create PDFs. Any suggestions on where to start to remedy this?

Well, since I have no idea what the "ID" forum is, I'll try and work it out on my own.
