laptop or flash player?

I have had installed the latest Flash Player 11.3 just few day ago, due to my stupid Idea install the win 8 downland preview and cause me to re-install Win7.
And now I have got my Win 7 back, but there is probs. As I mention that just installed the latest flash player then I went for some online video and online video game(WOW) and it seems the video card or something else that cause my video for either the video or the game is slowing down and eventually is stop at some stages the motion is not moving and cause the window said (Not Responding).
So I thought I might re-install the flash player again, and it's still happened. Can anyone please explain to me what is happening, or any solution that I can fix this probs?
