How do I unlock files

I am using CS5 and trying to resave in same file. It says I have to unlock and then I don't have privileges.

    Which application and what OS ?

     

    Which file are you trying to save and where ?

    We need more info. Most of the time these issues are misconfigurations on your system or external tools having a hold over your files.
