signing in to use trial of cs6

Jun 21, 2012 6:29 PM

I am having problems signing in to a trial version of cs6.  It has all downloaded fine but when I open the trial version it comes up with a box asking for me to sign in with my Adobe ID.  I click on the sign in button and after a while it comes up with a box saying I am not connected to the internet or my clock settings are wrong.  But  I am connected and my clock is right!  Any hints on how to fix this??

I'm wondering if you're behind a firewall or thats preventing you from connecting to the servers.

Could you try by temporarily switching the firewall off.

Thanks for your reply. Same boat here. Getting no where! I am a web developer and have used Photoshop for many years for all of my graphics etc. It is by far the very best!

Did you have other Adobe software on your computer? Previous versions perhaps.

See this document to see basic troubleshooting steps for this and other connectivity issues.: http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/x-productkb/policy-pricing/acti vation-network-issues.html

Let us know if this solves your problem, and incase it doesn't how far do you get in the series of steps.
