I would like to open the Flash Help window by clicking the "Help" menu within the Flash CS6 interface, but when I click the Help menu and then select "Flash Help" from the drop-down list, nothing happens. I can access help online, but what about times when I have no internet connectivity? I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks!
Are you on Mac or Windows?
When I try to launch help for InDesign on Mac (via the menu Help > InDesign Help...) my default browser opens this url http://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/topics.html.
In addition the Adobe Help Manager opens and when I try to open InDesign PDF help a PDF opens that says help will be available in June.
I am on Windows 7 64-bit edition. I don't even get as far as you described. When I click Help in Flash CS6, nothing at all happens. My default browser (currently IE8) doesn't open anything, and the Adobe Help Manager also does not appear. I would be content if either of those things happened and I knew I just had to wait for updates, but since nothing is happening something must be wrong.
