Cannot revove acrobat reader 10.1.3

I'm running Windows XP. I am trying to remove Acrobat reader 10.1.3. computer is telling me (this patch package could not be opened. verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it or contact the application vendeor to verify that this is a valid windows installer patch package. need help

    SUPER JOB!!!

    I'VE BEEN FIGHTING OVER 7 HOURS TO REMOVE THIS READER 10.1.3.

    FINALLY I  RESOLVED IT WITH THIS TOOL.
