Mozilla cutting off the bottom of my FormsCentral Form

Jun 20, 2012 12:54 PM

All the content on my site is in <section>tags and everything fits beatifully except this form (meaning there is no height set in the css for the sections) and only on firefox. Has anyone else run into this? It is cutting off the submit button which makes the form useless in firefox.

Did you use FormsCentral's Embed feature to embed your form in your site's HTML page? To ensure the form is correctly embedded in your web page, you'll need to let the FormsCentral generate the embed code for you. To do that, please go to the Distribute tab, and click the Embed button in the Web Form section. A pop-up dialog will be shown to let you pick the embed form options. Once you have the options you want, click Copy, which copies the embed code into your computer's clipboard. Then you can paste the code into your own web page.

This document (http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-1991) explains some common problems we have ever seen in our custimer support cases for embedding FormsCentral Forms. Please take a look. I hope it'll help you a bit.

Could you give me the URL to your web site, so that I have better understanding of the problem, and can also test something out on my own firefox? Thanks!

The auto sizing feature of the embed form does not work well for local files due to cross-domain security issue. It might work for some browsers but not all of them. Could you upload your pages to a web server and view it again through HTTP with Firebox?

Sorry, I meant firefox. Yes, the embed form should be working fine once the pages are served by a web server. You can try to serve the pages with Windows IIS or Apache server. Or, you can zip those pages and email them to me, so that I can test it on my own web server to verify it is working on Firefox.
