open any menu item by script

Hello @ all,

does somebody know, if there is a way to open any menu item by script (Javascript) in illustrator CS5/5.1?

perhaps something like this: "app.menuActions.itemByID(0123).invoke()". I looked at the scripting reference, but i didn't found it.

    Only possible since CS6 which I don't have so can't give an example… but the short answer is no…

    at work we have thinclients. the program is installed on the server. there is a problem with the action palette, so that we must reload our saved actions at every close/restart of programm. now i had the idea, that we could rebuild our actions via script. then it would be sometimes nice/easier, if we could open several menu item by scriptcommand. Maybe i can realize it by an other way, but i need more time to do it this way.
