Problems video streaming in Chrome browser

I'm doing video streaming but I cannot get my system to expand the screen. it appears to be a flash player problem. I'm using Google Chrome. How to get my screen to expand?.

    Can you post the URL that you are trying to stream from?

    this is typical of the URL. This used to work on my system but something is

    broken. Adobe flash player does not allow me to enlarge the screen nor will

    it go away. Even if I pressed the allow or deny button it just locks up.

     

    I want to do some video streaming and while the videos to play in the

    background people not in large. I have removed the flash player and

    downloaded the latest version with no different result. I also reinstalled

    Google Chrome and I've done this independently still with no result. It has

    worked in the past and some thing is causing the conflict. The screen below

    is typical of what happens. I've read all the blogs tried all the things

    and still not have had success in
