Trying to install upgrade disc from Lightroom v.1 to v.4 and get no further with installation than error message "1152: error extracting to the temporary location". OS is Windows 7 Pro (64bit).
Could you copy the contents of the disc to your computer (let's say desktop) and then try again. Also make sure that you're running with an accout that has sufficient admin privileges. Let us knwo if this helps.
