can't view some flash movies

Hi

I have Windows7, have tried a variety of browsers: FF (newest), IE9, Chrome, safari (Windows), have downloaded the lastest version of Flash player.

Some movies play:

This one dosen''t:

Thoughts as to what is happening here?
