Install owned program on second computer

Jun 23, 2012 1:42 PM

I own Photoshop Elements 10, serial # <Removed by Moderator>

I want to install it on a second household computer.

Your service support told me this was possible and OK to do.

However, when I insert the disk in the slot, it does not activate the auto-installation.

Do I need to download drivers?

Please advise.

Thanks much,

Mr Pepper

I have removed your Serial number from the post , It is not good to post it on the Public forums.

Regarding your concern , Which Operating system you are on ?

When you insert the DVD in the Slot , does it get read by your OS ?

I think you can check whether you DVD drive is working or not with some other DVD's.

If it is working fine then

    1) Get your Driver updated from DVD drive

    2) download the software from Adobe.com as the Trial and serialize it with your Serial number.

If your DVD is not working then Follow step #2 and get the drive fixed.
