Error message installing flashplayer cannot recognize installing on 64 bit windows7

if an adobe employee could take remote assistance over my computer and help me with my problem that would save my day i have been attempting to fix this problem for weeks i have un installed adobe and re installed and it still doesnt work.. attempted it on firefox also no luck recently rebooted this comp and had to install all drivers it is an acer aspire ax1470-ew10p desktop computer.

    What files do you have in

    • C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash ?
    • C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash ?

     

    Define "doesnt work" - what exactly do you see instead of the expected Flash content?
