CS2 Audio Sync

I have a clip in the timeline. The audio is ever so slightly out of sync with the speaker's enunciation.

I have unlinked -and though I used Alt + . Alt + , I was unable to perfectly sync. Is there an obvious fix

that I am missing? Thanks!
