Hi,
I've shared an entire project to two users (using the Adobe Story Free) and I helped them accept the invitation. I'm sure it lodged through on my side since I recieved the relevant notification and the bottom right indicates it's a shared project with (3 users). However, when I click on the arrow next to my project and click "Share", or if I click Share on the top right menu, the Sharing window pops up but doesn't list any users. The scripts in the project also indicate that they are being shared in the "Sharing column". Hence, I'm unable to modify the shared user list.
Users who I've shared the project with can create or modify scripts, so they do have access.
This problem appears in both the web and desktop version of Story and in any new project I create. Is there something I'm missing or are free users not displayed in the sharing box?
Cheers,
Daniel
Daniel.
We've recently seen an issue in this area. Sometimes the list of collaborators, is not getting updated even though the collaborators have access. We are trying to fix this in our next update.
Can the collaborators access the document?
Do you now want to modify sharing rights for these users? If yes, email us at ratnesh at adobe dot come and we'll try to get this resolved. We will need your adobeid and the project name so that we can make this happen.

Hi Anubhav,
Thanks for the reply! Yes, the collaborators have access to the documents. It's not a big problem really-- I don't need to change access permissions at the moment and hopefully not anytime soon. In the event that I do I guess I'll just simply copy everything to a new project and delete the current one since I don't have a large list of collaborators. I wait keenly for the next update.
Cheers,
Daniel
