Re: Acrobat 10.1.3 Pro on windows  crashes upon opening EVERY file.

Me too. Win X 64 bit , Dual boot to XP - CS 5 installed on the XP partition,  Acrobat Pro X 10.1.1  crashes  and  askes for Adobe Lic Agreement , I click ok and then it crashes again.  Added Adobe to the firewall senttings, crashes even with all  security off in WIn 7.  Tried to repair and got Error 1327. Invalid Drive : E:\ . Tried to update and get Updates Failed due to your system policy 100700 but I can update Adobe Reader with no issues.  Only Admin is installed on thsi machine, no other users. Adobe- when will you get someone this and have some help posted??? .

    Udate: I called in for tech support to Adobe: I had  to completely uninstall Acrobat Pro and Adobe reader  through Win 7 , then  disable my antivirus and the Win 7 forewall, andthen reinstall, and now  Acrobat works.  BTW: I have a dual boot system and have Acrobat Pro 5.5 and Reader  on that partition, but didn;t unistall them and had no problems.
