Scale an image in the Print dialog box

    I bought a new HP 7515 printer and it leaves a border on the bootom and right side pf 4x6 prints sent from PSE 10. Is there any setting that I could change to make these photos truly borderless? I have looked everywhere to find a setting to correct this. All other prints made on this computer with other photo software prints borderless correctly.
