I am unable to add storage or view subscription information on photoshop.com. When I click the "My Account" Link I see no place to view or modify my subscription. If I click the "Add Storage" link, a new window pops up and says "Loading subscription information" - and the system hangs there. Multiple computers, multiple browsers.
Moreover, this screen https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html shows my Acrobat.com subscription but NOT my Photoshop.com subscription, although this page: https://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?store=OLS-US&eve nt=displaySubscriptions shows both my Acrobat.com AND Photoshop.com subscription.
I'm concerned that something is wrong with my account and/or subscription since I can't seem to find my subscription info in the places it belongs. Can anyone advise?
