Can I get some help with a problem with my videos?

I experienced this in the past and have not had any issues until recently.  Basically anytime I try to play a video on line youtube or something it has nothing but a green screen and then it plyas the audio. 

 

Operating system : Windows 7 64 bit

Browser is both firefox and chrome

Version: 11.3.300.262

 

This is the problem
