Turn off scrolling in Dreamweaver attributes/properties?

Jun 22, 2012 9:13 AM

I'm finally getting accustom to Dreamweaver's interface (CS4) after resisting it for the better half of the last decade and I'm coming across a functionality that I really don't care for. Whenever I place a link on text or what-have-you in the Properties panel, if I accidentally scroll the mouse wheel before clicking back on the page I'm working within, it will change the link to a random (depending on how much I scrolled my mouse wheel) recently used link.

Normally this isn't much of an issue on pages that fit within my screen height, but I have several long pages filled with lists of links.

Can this be turned off at all or do I just need to get used to it?

I think you will have to learn how to avoid it.  I usually just press the tab key after making a link that way to move off the link field.
