Saving data in .pdf file - settings?

I am able to save data entered in some online .pdf files on my computer at home, but when I access the same site at work I am unable to save entered data. Is there some setting, either Adobe or Internet Explorer, that needs to be tweaked to enable saving data from the work computer? One specific problematic form is this: http://www.aphis.usda.gov/library/forms/pdf/APHIS7001.pdf

    What version of Adobe Reader do you use at work? It definitely is enabled to be saved. Are you opening it in the browser or are you saving it to your computer and opening it within Reader?

    We have version 10.1.3 on the work computers (and home computer also). Work is Windows 7, home is Windows XP.

     

    HOWEVER.....tonight I accessed that form via the website from work and it IS allowing me to save the data! No idea what changed, but hope it sticks. I have been opening the form in the browser, but the other day tried saving a blank form to the desktop and then saving data in that one, but was unable to do so.
