I will try and be more specific.

I am installing from disc.

No error messages, it tries to install then ejects the disc!

I have tried to locate the instal log - its not there! (see screen grab).

This seems to be happening to other users too.

Please let me know how this can be fixed, I have paid for the software after all and not best pleased that it doesn't work 100%.

Would it be possible to try a new Acrobat CS6 download from the Web? I am thinking the disc is not reading properly! It begins to install then pronptly quits and ejects the disc! As mentioned Adobe software is not cheap and I expect it to work properly as a result.

I find myself having to explain myself again. The messages above shows what I am trying, (and failing), to do.

I have a CS6 Design/Web Premium upgrade disc. All programmes have installed apart from Acrobat! This is the issue I have. I don't want a trial version Jeff - I have paid for full version.

Thanks Jeff. Are these just trial versions? I want the actual full working version of Acrobat.

Hi Jeff, I am currently waiting for the download to extract from your link. This has been going on for 4 hours so far. Is this normal and how long (roughly) would this take to complete?

Hi Jeff, I don't know why though neither of the links to download are working here! Could you let me download just CS6 Acrobat? It's becoming a massive ordeal to have a fully working Creative Suite via Adobe! Taken the best part of week thus far and no further forward. If I could just install Acrobat via a disc or online download I would be happy and need not contact you and your collegues again regarding this issue.

I don't feel like I am asking for much from Adobe. As mentioned I have paid for a fully working CS6 suite and as I can't install Acrobat I haven't got a fully working version (as yet).

Its not like I can pop it back to the shop where I got it from and after numerous explanations and attempts to remedee this I am still without the CS6 Acrobat.

Please either send me a disc with Acrobat CS6 or a link that enables me to dowmload just Acrobat and not the rest of the applications.

This has taken a few hours out of my paid work, I would like to think you (Adobe) can offer a final soultion to this matter.

Hi Jeff, Why is this turning out to be a massive ask of Adobe? The problem: CS6 Acrobat does not install from my DVD, solution: spend a week sending info to various Adobe employees. Outcome: Contact Adobe Live Support to go through the whole process again with a similar outcome no doubt.
