Is the latest PDF iFilter digitally signed

Is the latest PDF iFilter (which I believe is v9.x) for Windows x64 platforms digitially signed? If it is, what is the Public Key associated with the assembly?

 

I am interested in this for use in a .NET 4 Web environment to specify this assembly to have Full Trust from within a Medium Trust environment.
