Flash Player Installation

Hi there,

 

I am attempting to install Adobe Flash Player.

 

I have downloaded the file from - http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/?installer=Flash_Player_11_f or_Other_Browsers&os=Vista&browser_type=Gecko&browser_dist=Firefox&d=M cAfee_Security_Scan_Plus

 

However, when I click Run, the box closes and I cannot see anything being done. If I try to Run the program again, it says 'Only a single instance of this application can run'.

 

If I go to Processes on Task Manager, I can see it there but I cannot see it actually installing.

 

Please advise.
