Creative Suite multiple installations, moving activations

We have 4 licenses for Creative Suite 5.5 and 4 designers.

 

One of our designers rarely uses CS, we would like to install CS on 2 different conference room computers and 1 other users' computer.

 

Can we install (but not activate) creative suite on all 7 machines and use deactivation/activation to move the license between these computers?  Is this legal?

 

Basically what i am asking is "with 4 licenses, is it legal to have 7 installations as long as only 4 are activated at any given time?"

    Yes, that is perfectly proper and allowed by the license agreement.

    So I could possibly move the activation on a daily basis if needed?

     

    Also, while researching this I noticed some posts about a possible deactivation/activation limit, does this exist in CS5.5 and above?

    That limit was removed quite some time ago.
