How do I add a portrait footer to a landscape page?

How do I add a portrait footer to a landscape page in Acrobrat Pro 9?

 

All of the pages are in landscape but I would like for the footer to be in portrait so that is easier to read when scrolling through the document.  Is there a way to rotate the footers?

    Rotate the pages (select them all in the page thumbnails panel and right-click) - then apply your headers, and rotate them back again.

    30 seconds of exhaustive testing led me to the Add Watermark which allows rotation.

    The Header and Footer features were lacking such.
