Trying to download adobe reader but keeps saying that i need to close program manager. What is that?

Welcome to Adobe Forums !!

Assuming you have Windows, you can download Adobe Reader 10.1.3 from here :

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/10.x/10.1.3/en_US/AdbeRdr1013 _en_US.exe

Download and save it on Desktop, then run the installer.

That is not something I have ever heard before; if you still get that error, can you post a screenshot?
