Adobe Reader update notice problem

I regularly receive automatic notices to update my Adobe Reader software to 9.5.1

 

I already have a later version of this software. 

 

How do I stop getting these notices?

    What is your Reader version?

     

    Can you post a screenshot of such a notice?
