Dumb question, but when I go to support it says chat is available until 7pm PST. It is now 5:40 PST. Why is it grayed out and saying "Sorry we missed you"?
Ah... this is the user to user forum for Premiere Elements, not Adobe support (the space is provided by Adobe for users to help each other)
I don't think any user here is going to be able to help with the Adobe support pages or policies or hours of operation
