FaceBook Photos and YouTube Issues due to Adobe Flash

Can someone help me with diagnosing the exact problem that I am experiencing with Adobe Flash?  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared Adobe's cash, etc. and I am still having issues.  I have had two other people to assist me and to no avail.
