IE Browser for MAC Users - Adobe Browser Lab

Hi,

 

While the online IE checker from Adobe Browser Lab for MAC users is fine for me (https://browserlab.adobe.com) I understand that the DW extension supplied by them for CS5 is unreliable and not worth installing .....

 

Questions:

 

(1) Has the Adobe Browser Lab extension been updated?

(2) Are there alternative and simpler solutions for checking a website for IE rendering on a MAC?
