When opening a pdf I get this message:
"Adobe Reader has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Adobe without success. Can you help me?
Have no clue, but this is the Acrobat forum, not the Reader forum. It may be you were not logged in as the administrator or had antivirus running during the install. I don't know. There may be an issue that is common to Reader that is the problem (though normally a similar result would show up here). When you post in the Reader forum, be sure to provide information on your OS and version of Reader you are working with. There may be an incompatibility.
