Currently not really a feasible solution.
1. Only very limited browser support for webGL, (mainly limited to a few nightly builds).
2. 3d transforms though widely supported now by many browsers, (except all current release versions of IE, but is included in IE10 developer version) is limited to 'effects' such as rotation of an element and not actual true 3d as in '3d Max' or similar programs.
However. If you wish to use the 3d transitions for page effects you should look at using css transitions/transforms and css animations
