Hello,
I've burned Photoshop Elements 10 on a DVD.
When I do the installation from the DVD all the installation process goes right but after rebooting the system the program is removed.
Is there a protection how does not allow to burn the program on a DVD ?
Kind regards
Sorry, my mistake. In fact it doesn't install the program correctly.
I have the message "InstallShield Wizard Completed" but it's written below:"The Wizard was interrupted...Below mentionned application has failed to install: Share Technologies"
I click on "Finish" and then I have the message that I must restart my system for the configuration to take effect"
I tried on Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 SP1
Thanks
Install logs tell a lot. If it fails on shared technologies, this could be anything from Flash components/ Adobe AIR to PDF libraries or Camera Raw... Are there any otehr Adobe programs on teh system?

Hi,
I found this solution on Adobe support website:" f you are using a downloaded installer, or running the installation from the hard drive, the Shared Technologies can fail because of the installation path. Copy the installation files to a folder to the root of the drive, such as C:\PSE<versionnumber>Installer\, and rerun the installation."
And it's works !
I still see 2 error in the log file (instead of 10 errors while installing from the DVD) but the application run well.
ERROR: DW025: The payload with AdobeCode: {11D08055-939C-432b-98C3-E072478A0CD7} has critical dependency on:
Family: Shared Technology
ProductName: Photoshop Camera Raw for Elements 10 (64 bit)
MinVersion: 0.0.0.0
This dependency is not satisfied, because this payload is x64 and is not supported on this machine.
ERROR: DW025: Some of the critical dependencies are x64 payloads, which are not supported on this machine x86.
Thanks for the logs file tip. It's very usefull.
