ipad previewing - content viewer app

I have a folio which I am able to preview on my PC Content Viewer software, but will not seem to update on my iPad Content Viewer app.

I am running Folio Producer 12.2.4 on CS5.5.

I have updated the app to the most up to date version from the App Store. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app from scratch. It still won't load on my iPad!

Are there any common reasons for this that I can investigate? I have a pitch to deliver using the app at the end of the week - which if successful could mean investing in the DP Suite to a greater extent than we are now - but not if I can't preview the fruits of my testing!

All advice appreciated!

Did you login from the Content Viewer to your Adobe ID?

Delete the folio completely and recreate it.

And this is an answer? I have the same problem but why Adobe force me to throw away my time in this way? My euros was good when Adobe has taken them but in return Adobe give me a BETA version of DPS and force everybody to update every month for fix a hundreds of bugs. I'm very upset, the quality of DPS is very poor and and I know what I mean, I'm using it for almost 2 years.

Yup...that's answer. If you have a problem with it, I suggest you wait four or five more years for this technology to mature.

Right now it's still in its infancy and this this is the kind of little annoyance we all have to put up with.

Adobe want a lot of money for a service still in BETA, this is a shame. The past month I throw away 20 days of work for Adobe fault and every day arrive a new problem, my work became an hell for this problems. Just look at this forum to realize how many things do not work and the list of bug fix in every new relase (now we're at the 21th version!). Adobe is very clever, has a thousand of beta tester who not only pay for a poor service but that also help to improve a product still immature.

I use Adobe software from 1993 and I never had any problems. Since using the DPS I had a problem after the other... this means the DPS is still immature and we still are all beta testers. I had to wait a month and I have talked to dozens of people who knew zero (the infamous "gold assistance") only to have solved a problem that was the Adobe fault, this is the fast service of which we speak?
