Application Error Assigning Keystrokes

Hi Guys,

 

I have a couple of machines running InD CS3, Windows XP on which we can't modify the keystrokes, InD causes and application error when we hit OK on the dialog.

 

I know I can reset the preferences somehow on the start up but I'd prefer not to, of course.

 

Has anyone seen this and/or know a way around it?
