Get r6030 runtime error and elements crashes.

    This is usually a Windows system fault and the error log is the first place to look.

     

    Start Button à Control Panel à Administrative Tools à Event Viewer.

     

    In the left panel highlight Application (under Windows Logs) and look for errors logs with the red exclamation mark.

     

    If you see anything relating to Adobe copy and paste the information from the details tab.

    These errors can be caused by a variety of faults e.g. a corrupt dll file or similar driver. The log should help to pinpoint the problem.
