actionscript detect Camera Detachment

All,

Could someone please tell me how to detect a camera detachment during video chat?

There is no activity or camera status change event generated when a camer is detached.

Connected cameras are only updated when reloading the movie, then maybe every so often should evaluate if the video has changed or not
