can't log into partner portal

Every attempt i've made to log in to the Partner Portal  has met with an error, and i've had to manually delete the modal window just to get to it. After that, everything seems to work.

 

I don't have a web design company. I'm a freelancer.  And since the option exists (apparently) to change whatever fictitious name I come up with later, I don't know why 1) it even has to be there and 2) it never seems to work.

    Very strange that you are getting an error each time accessing your portal. 

     

    Can you PM with your login and steps so I can attempt to replicate and pinpoint what possibly is causing this issue for you.
