Unable to Access My Files Section

I got an Creative Cloud subscription some time ago and have successfully been using the CS6 application I downloaded with it.
However, when I'm at https://creative.adobe.com/ I can see the Apps section just fine.
But I've never been able to access the Files section. Whenever, I click on the Files tab, I always get this message:
Waiting for it to appear never works. And so I'm now here to find out what I'm supposed to do about it. I'd love to upload files to it, but I can't seem to get to the section. What's going on?
