I lost flash player and cannot re-install from your site. Help.

I lost flash player for some unknown reason and now cannot re-install from your site. What am I doing wrong?

What is your operating system, version & edition?

What is your web browser?

Define "cannot" - what happens when you try?

I have an HP Model p6716f computer running Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, version 6.1.7601, service pack 1.

I am using Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, version 9.0.8112.16421.

When trying to download Adobe Flash Player, it seems that the download has been successful but I cannot find the file. I have turned Explorer “off” during the download as well as my Norton 360.

Hello,

You can download the offline installer from here :

http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/i nstall_flash_player_11_active_x.exe

Note : Download the installer, close all the browser and run the installer
