Audio not working flash player 11

I installed the new adobe flash player 11 and it isn't working correctly. When I go to you tube, hulu, facebook games, or any other site that requires the flash player, it skips and sounds as if the audio is running in slow motion. I upgraded my internet browser and went through and reformated my whole computer but the flash player is still messing up. HELP PLEASE.
