Load complete HTML page without images for scraping

I need to load a complete HTML page in Adobe AIR. I am scraping data from a website where I want to read the HTML data from the page. If I use HTMLLoader it loads all images within the page which consumes a lot of bandwidth. I tried using the HTML page through URLLoader and HTTPService but the page HTML loaded is not complete. Any idea how I can load only the complete HTML data?
