Can I subscribe to Creative Cloud if i live in Puerto Rico

I want to subscribe to Creative Cloud. I can't the store in adobe.com doesn't let me. Any advise the page tells me

I suspect its due to Puerto Rico not being on the list of supported countries yet. Please go to http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html --> In what countries can I buy a membership to Creative Cloud? .
