Adobe Flash player problems

Please help! What to do if I wont to watch youtube 4.80p videos smothly? I try everything. Almost every flash player versions, few browsers, variable configurations., bu still videos working crappy.

What is interesting, that one time I reinstal xp. and instal safari browser, then quick time and videos was running perfectly, but after I close safari and opened it again it showed that i missing a flash player plugin, but last time i was able to watch the same wideo.
