Downloading Flash? At a loss

Trying to view things. It keeps telling me to update my flash and will not let me view. I have downloaded the new version several times and it also tells me it was done successfully. But still keeps telling me i need to download a new version. I have check my managed add ons Active x is enabled. What can i try next? I have a HP computer with windows 7 and advast and my virus protections.

If that did not help, tell us what files you have in
C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash
C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash
