Rolling back to 19

Hello all,

Anyone know if it's still possible to roll back to version 19 have tried a couple of times and it keeps telling me an upto date version is detected, which means I can't install it. Has Adobe stopped this from happening? Thanks in advance.

Have you uninstalled the plugins through the extension manager?
